Subject: Metglas Statement on COVID-19 Impact to Production
Dear Valued Customer,
As supply chains around the globe are dealing with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Metglas, Inc. would like to ensure you that we are currently producing our amorphous products per our customer requirements. There is no foreseeable impact to production at this time. Metglas, Inc. has ample raw materials to meet production requirements over the coming months.
There is no plan to halt production and Metglas will strive to continue to meet our purchase order obligations. The situation, of course, can shift quickly within the global environment and Metglas will do our best to communicate any concerns that may arise as quickly and efficiently as possible.
At this time, it is also critical for us to understand our customer’s future needs. If you have visibility on future demands or changes in buying patterns, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
